12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for:

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and data, subject to applicable laws.
You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations incurred prior to termination.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GReviewPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GReviewPro, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

15. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any data obtained through the Service, including review data.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hong Kong, conducted in English.
You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and, where appropriate, by sending you a direct notification. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
